Frequently Asked Questions:

Below are answers to some of the most common questions we receive calls about.

Cylinder Refills

Our service technicians are at the office between 4:00pm and 4:30pm during regular business days. If you are unable to bring your cylinder in during those times, you can drop it off, write your name on it with the marker hanging on the gate, and pick it up at your own convenience the next business day.

Water Heaters

We do not install water heaters.

Tank Ownership

We cannot put gas in a tank that belongs to another propane company and likewise another provider cannot put gas in one of our tanks. This practice is illegal.

Tank Leasing

We lease 250, 500, and 1000 gallon tanks. To lease a tank, the customer must use twice the capacity yearly. We do not lease tanks if the use is exclusive to generator or stove top use.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.  There is a convenience fee of 3% for all credit card usage.
